We do not accept returns or offer refunds on books once an order has been placed. However, if your book arrives damaged during shipping, we are happy to offer an exchange.
To request an exchange for a damaged item, the following is required:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Submit clear photos of the damaged book and packaging
• The book must be unused and in its original condition
Once the damage is verified, a replacement copy will be shipped at no additional cost.
